In Warner Bros: Ben Affleck has become the latest big-screen iteration of both Bruce Wayne and Batman thanks to a title turn in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and a cowed cameo of sorts in the supervillain team-up, Suicide Squad. But this version of Batman is forever changing and evolving, just as the shared cinematic universe itself will be doing following the success of Wonder Woman and the arrival of Joss Whedon for Justice League, formerly a Zack Snyder solo effort.
